All patients underwent CT plain and contrast enhancde scanning.Results The CT appearance of the CPH were:the direct signs were iso densitive or low densitive mass.

• 结果胰头癌的CT表现:直接征象为平扫呈低或等密度肿块,增强后呈不均匀或边缘强化,间接征象有主胰管扩张,胆总管扩张,胰体尾部萎缩等。
