Aim: To investigate the expression of endothelial leukocyte adhesion molecule 1(ELAM 1)mRNA and intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM 1) mRNA in pulmonary vascular endothelial cell (VEC) in endotoxin induced acute lung injury.
