After all parties to the consortium have concluded the joint bidding agreement, none of them may solely bid for the same project in its own name, or form a new consortium to bid for the same project.

• 联合体各方签订共同投标协议后，不得再以自己名义单独在同一项目中投标，也不得组成新的联合体参加同一项目投标。
