After 4-week chemotherapy with albendazole all patients underwent cardiac cystectomy using cardiopulmonary bypass.There was no operative mortality, all patients recovered uneventfully.

• 术前给予抗蠕虫病治疗4周后行低温体外循环下心脏包虫囊肿切除术。
