According to the homology of 6 kinds of amino acid accession sequences of antifungal peptide Drosomycin from Drosophila melanogaster in GenBank, the degenerate primers(Drs1/Drs2) were designed.

• 根据果蝇中发现的抗真菌肽Drosomycin因子在GenBank中的6个登录序列，按其同源区段的氨基酸序列设计简并引物Drs1和Drs2，以生活在潮湿腐生环境中的9种拟靶昆虫为研究对象，通过PCR方法，希望在基因组水平上搜查新的昆虫抗真菌肽拟靶基因序列。
