Abstract Based on the character analysis of equipment reliability data in nuclear power plant (NPP), a new concerned in least square estimation of parameters of Weibull distribution is presented.

• 摘要 结合核电站设备可靠性数据的特点,给出用最小二乘法进行二参数和三参数威布尔分布参数估计的方法,并对核电站设备故障数据用威布尔分布进行拟合,得到了满意的结果。
