APS,an extract of polysaccharide from Astragalus mongolicus,increased the spleen weight of normal mice at a dosage of 100mg/kg qd. for 6 days. This effect was significantly decreased in thymectomized mice injected with anti-thymus cell serum(T_x-ATS).

• 黄芪多糖(APS)100mg/kgx6天 ip 可以增加正常小鼠脾脏重量,而对去胸腺与抗胸腺细胞血清处理过的小鼠(T_x-ATS)的作用明显降低。
