AMC(Advanced Marching Cubes) algorithm is presented to complete the key step of visualization and the related image software has developed,which named Sunnico Image Management System for Confocal Scanning Microscope.

• 在这套系统中，为了达到用户的可视化需求，我们对层析图像三维可视化进行了大量的研究，提出了AMC(Advanced Marching Cubes)算法，并实现了集二维处理、三维可视化及数据管理一体化的配套软件：Sunnico共聚焦扫描显微镜图像管理系统。
