A total of 1,109 serum specimens collected in Beijing were tested by an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELSA) for specific IgG respectively to Norwalk virus (rNV) and Mexican virus (rMX) using baculovirus-expressed recombinant capsid proteins.

• 为了解诺瓦克样病毒在我国人群中的流行情况，采用间接酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA），分别以重组杆状病毒表达的Norwalk（rNV）和Mexico（rMX）病毒样颗粒为抗原，检测了北京地区1109份不同年龄人群血清标本中的特异性IgG抗体。
