A dendritic affinity ligand (Artifical Protein A)was exsitu-synthesized for combining two biomimetic ligand N-cbz-L-Tyr and N-cbz-L-Asp with Gly-L-Gln as the agency. IgG was purified from human plasma using this new affinity adsorbent.
