经销商应将所有由供应商提供的与经销产品或与供应商所有业务相关的文件及其复印件归还供应商;且;

• Distributor shall return to Supplier all documents supplied by Supplier which relate to the Products or any aspect of the business of Supplier together with all copies thereof;
