目的研究人端粒酶逆转录酶(Human telomerase reverse transcriptase,hTERT)基因反义核酸(anti-sense phosphorothioate oligodeoxynucletide,ASODN)对K562细胞端粒酶活性的影响。

• Objective To investigate the effect of Human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) gene antisense phosphorothioate oligodeoxynucletide (ASODN) on telomerase activity in K562 cells. Methods By using liposome mediated DNA transfection, telomerase antisense RNA was successfully introduced into k562 cells.
