由国际局以中文以外的文字进行国际公布的，自国务院专利行政部门公布之日起适用专利法第十三条的规定。

• If the international publication by the International Bureau is in a language other than Chinese,the provisions of Article 13 of the Patent Law shall apply from the date of the publication of the Chinese translation by the Patent Administration Department under the State Council.
