方法：用小诺霉素（5000u/ml）治疗细菌性角膜溃疡32眼，对照组用庆大霉素（1万u/ml）治疗23眼，分别用相应滴眼剂点眼，每日6次，严重者以相应药物结膜下注射。

• METHOD:32 eyes with bacterial corneal ulcer(BCU) were treated with micronomicin(MN 5 000 u/ml); 23 eyes with BCU were treated with gentamycin(GM,10 000 u/ml) as a control group. They were treated with eyedrops 6 times a day and the subconjunctival injection was given to serious eyes.
