摘要研究一定光源孔径、束斑的高斯光束对荧光共焦显微镜横向、纵向分辨率的影响，导出了荧光功率传输函数、三维响应函数。

• In the paper, both the size of the source and of the beam spot of a extended Gaussian beam are considered and their influences on both the lateral and axial resolution of a fluorescent confocal microscopy are studied and calculated based on the power transfer function and three-dimensional pulse spread function.
