患者女性，32岁，左眼红肿、疼痛伴视朦 20天，左眼角膜见一上覆灰白色牙膏状分泌物的混浊区，分泌物涂片直接镜检见霉菌菌丝，真菌培养鉴定为新月弯孢霉。

• A 32- year- old female presented left pink eye accompanied by ache and blurring of vision for 20 days. There was an ulcer covered with greyish white secretion like toothpaste in left cornea. The microscopic exammination showed large hyphae in the secretion.
